I had ordered a NES Nintendo for my kids.I tried to track the package using the tracking number that DKOldies gave me.

It didn't work. I called the company....no call back. I emailed the company and 4 days later they emailed back and said to keep calling UPS and it wasn't their problem. The package arrived 2 weeks late and the unit was completely broken.

I've called to ship it back and they won't respond. I've also emailed their sales department as instructed on their website.

I'm disputing the charge on my credit card.

I'm experiencing a similar problem...

I ordered games - received nothing - and of course, no response from them.

I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank.
